Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We have not had the site formally audited, so we cannot say that it meets that standard.
What we have built in
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are linked to the field they belong to.
- You can use the site with a keyboard. A link at the top of each page skips to the main content.
- All four colour themes show a visible focus outline.
- Animations are reduced or switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
[TO CONFIRM: before launch, state what has actually been tested with a screen reader and in which browsers. This has not been done yet.]
Known limits
- Stripe's checkout and billing pages, and Google's sign-in, are run by those companies. We do not control their accessibility.
- The photo upload uses your browser's own file picker.
- Results come from an AI model, so their wording varies between analyses.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email thecut1@proton.me with the page and what went wrong. [TO CONFIRM: a response time we are willing to commit to]
If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service. [TO CONFIRM: solicitor on the complaint route wording]
